About the venue

Blå is a live music venue and cultural house in a former factory on the Akerselva at the bottom of Grünerløkka, Oslo. It houses three hireable spaces — Hovedsalen, the main room with a professional sound and light rig, two bars and a backstage floor; Himmel, an intimate second-floor room opened in 2025 with its own bar, terrace and stage; and Uteserveringen, a riverside outdoor terrace. The venue programmes concerts, club nights, exhibitions and markets, and lets the rooms for private events.
