Boom Chicago is an international creative group based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, that writes and performs sketch and improvisational comedy at their theater on the Rozengracht. It is an English-language comedy institution that has been making international audiences laugh for 30 years with its fast-paced mix of sharp writing, quick improvisation, and live music, often combining these with technology. The venue features three theaters and also houses Boom Chicago for Business, and the Boom Chicago Academy, which offers comedy classes. Many famous comedians, including Seth Meyers and Jordan Peele, started their careers at Boom Chicago.
