Samuele Bersani, born in Rimini on October 1, 1970, is an Italian singer-songwriter known for his distinctive style within the *cantautorato italiano* genre. He began his career collaborating with Lucio Dalla and has since released numerous albums and successful songs, including "Giudizi Universali" and "Replay". Bersani has received multiple awards, including the "Mia Martini" Critics Award at the Sanremo Music Festival. In March 2025, Bersani revealed that he had been diagnosed with lung cancer but was treated early and did not require chemotherapy or radiation. In late 2024, he had to postpone his tour due to health reasons, but the tour was rescheduled for Spring 2025.
