Natalia Lafourcade is a highly acclaimed Mexican singer, songwriter, and producer known for her distinctive lyric soprano voice and poetic lyrics. Her music fluidly blends folk latino, bolero, indie latino, latina alternativa, and folclore latino with elements of pop rock, jazz, bossa nova, and son jarocho. She is recognized as one of the most influential Latin music artists of the 21st century and holds the record for the most Latin Grammy Awards for a female artist, alongside multiple Grammy Awards. In April 2025, Lafourcade released her latest studio album, "Cancionera," which has been met with international critical acclaim. The album, her 12th studio effort, explores themes of self-love, transformation, and Mexican folk culture, recorded live on analog tape with 18 musicians. Following its release, she embarked on an extensive international tour across Mexico, the United States, and Europe, which included over 35 sold-out shows.
