Mon Laferte, born Norma Monserrat Bustamante Laferte on May 2, 1983, is a Chilean-Mexican musician, singer, songwriter, and painter known for her diverse musical style that spans across genres like pop, rock, bolero, cumbia, and salsa. She recently released a new single "Esto Es Amor" with Conociendo Rusia in July 2025. In July 2025, she signed with UTA for global representation, excluding South America. Her documentary "Mon Laferte, te amo" premiered on Netflix on August 1, 2024. She is currently performing in a Spanish version of "Cabaret!" in Mexico.
