Dwellings is a Sacramento, California-based five-piece rock band known for their unique sound that blends post-hardcore, math rock, and mathcore, characterized by perpetually mutating polyrhythms, lush chords, and smooth melodies with high energy vocals and fast-paced tempos. They signed with Tragic Hero Records and released their debut album, "Lavender Town," on June 29, 2018. Their sophomore album, "Little Garden," was released on June 30, 2023, and was preceded by singles such as "Devices". More recently, Dwellings released the single "IDGAF2" in May 2025. The band has also been on tour, opening for other acts such as Dance Gavin Dance.
