Vona Vella

Vona Vella is an indie pop band formed in Autumn 2020 by singer-songwriters and multi-instrumentalists Izzy Davis and Dan Cunningham. Their music blends smooth, minimalist pop with captivating arrangements, drawing comparisons to Belle & Sebastian meets The Strokes, and The Coral. They gained recognition after Ross Godfrey from Morcheeba remixed their single "Sun," which became a viral hit. Vona Vella released their debut EP, "Go Outside Forever," in early 2022, and their self-titled debut album in July 2023. The band's latest single, "Bear Trap," was released on September 3, 2025. Vona Vella also launched a regular new music night called "Vona Vella Presents At The Grove" in Nottingham.

vincent's last summer

vincent’s last summer are choosing the music at your party. Indie sleaze revivalists may have just met their match. Pairing club synths and drums with guitars fuzzed to the max, VLS doesn’t just bring the tunes to start the night, but the same tunes to finish it off. Spending 2025 touring relentlessly, playing shows across the UK for the Dork Hype List Tour before supporting Chloe Slater on her headline tour and Courting on their latest tour. Including other noteworthy slots supporting The Royston Club, selling out London’s George Tavern and opening up Truck Festival’s Market stage, vincent’s last summer have developed a live set that instantly reels a crowd into their world of electro-clash and nights out, with a theatrical streak sitting comfortably in the performance. Having received consistent backing from Spotify, finding both Doing It For The Country and Hotline on 17 unique editorial playlists including New Music Friday UK, Indie Sleaze and Our Generation, the duo now look to expand on what they started and dive further into the indie-sleaze sound and aesthetic, with their debut EP set for next year.

The Creature Appeal

The Creature Appeal exist on the fringes of the indie landscape; while at one moment you may get driving guitars and anthemic choruses, the next you will get an introspection on self-doubt and the imposter syndrome that comes from navigating life as a 20-something. One foot in adulthood, another in adolescence, the band are nothing if not earnest. Their new single, ‘A Vague Drawing of a Sketchier Night Out’ is an autobiographical reflection on regret, centered around a particular club night gone wrong in the second city. Imagine the introspective lyrics of Phoebe Bridgers/ Boygenius, paired with soulful vocals of Florence + The Machine, all backed by John Mayer-esque grooves. The last 6 months for the band have been nothing short of a whirlwind; from a run of sell-out shows in the capital (culminating in an electric set at Bush Hall), to playing with Live Nation and performing at the prestigious Glastonbury Festival, it’s safe to say the rest of 2025 is theirs for the taking.
