Sterling Press are a four-piece rock band from West London, merging gritty rock riffs with the infectious thud of dance-punk. The band - childhood neighbours & long time best friends Marlon, Ed, Greg, and Lucien - spent their formative years playing every dive London had to offer, bonding over shared obsessions with The Beatles & Blur. After living in Liverpool for a couple of years the boys became DJ’s at the iconic Jacaranda Club, hosting weekly indie disco parties and using the money they earned to buy synthesizers, providing the songwriting foundations for their new sound. After dropping their debut EP ‘Baby Steps’ in early 2024, the band played their first European shows, played a headline tour across the UK and released ‘No Requests’, featuring on the BBC Radio 1 Introducing Rock show with Alyx Holcombe and BBC Introducing London with Jess Iszatt. Their new single ‘Concrete Trampoline’ is set for release on March 12th and is their heaviest riff to date. This release will coincide with their first ever shows across the pond, with three performances in New York City as part of the New Colossus festival.
Idle Hands are an alternative rock four piece from Newcastle Upon Tyne, England. Consisting of Joe Currey (Vocals/Guitar), Jude Connor (Guitar), Harrison Brown (Bass) and Evan Adamson (Drums). From their formation in early 2022, Idle Hands have grown a following in their native Newcastle and are renowned for their energetic performances and huge live sound. The band have seen radio time on stations such as BBC 6music and BBC Newcastle alongside many others, Undergoing change and development sonically, with a couple of past lineup changes. The band released their debut single "Youth" in 2023, followed not long after by "Bled in your life" later that year. With the introduction of drummer Evan Adamson in early 2024, The band then released their third single "Faceless". Since then, the band spent the rest 2024 writing, gigging and developing their sound. With headline shows at The Cluny, Zerox and even branching out to headline Aatma in Manchester. The band have a lot planned for 2025, With new releases and more on the horizon.
Porcelain is a Newcastle-based alternative rock band formed by Curtis Longstaff (vocals/guitar), Dan Wright (guitar), Adam Tibke (drums), and Kane Taylor (bass). Their sound blends intricate guitar work and dynamic rhythms, with introspective and emotionally charged lyricism, drawing influences from Muse, Radiohead, and Pink Floyd. The band’s music combines alternative, progressive, and art rock to create raw, melodic depth and dynamic soundscapes. With singles like “Hearsay,” “False Alarm,” and “Escape Routes” gaining critical acclaim and airplay on BBC Radio 6/Introducing and Radio X, Porcelain has built a strong reputation for atmospheric and electrifying live performances, quickly becoming one of the most exciting emerging alternative rock acts in the UK.
