About the event

Stand-up comedy
Comedy

Mario Adrion is a stand-up comedian from a small town in Germany who gained over 3.5 million followers from posting his comedy across various social platforms. His comedy is refreshingly vulnerable, playing with the struggles and stereotypes of being a retired male model and as a European living in the United States. Over the past few years, Mario has been touring “The German EFiciency Tour” around the world, with sold out shows across the US, UK, Europe, and the Middle East. Mario will film his debut hourlong special in January 2026 before embarking on an even bigger international tour, “The Superior Comedy Tour,” in clubs and theaters across the globe. Based out of Los Angeles, Mario is one of the hottest new comics and you don’t want to miss his European charm.

About the venue

Palacio de la Prensa

The Palacio de la Prensa is a historic brick-clad building in central Madrid, Spain, situated at number 46 on Gran Vía and designed by architect Pedro Muguruza. Construction began in 1924 and was completed by 1928, with its official inauguration in April 1930. Originally commissioned as the headquarters for the Asociación de la Prensa de Madrid, it was one of the first multifunctional structures on Gran Vía, integrating offices, assembly halls, and public amenities. It has endured as a cultural landmark, transitioning from press-centric functions to hosting a cinema, operational since 1929, known for original-version subtitled films. The building, noted for its neoclassical-revival style, also hosts contemporary events such as premieres, theater performances, spectacles, conferences, and presentations. Since 2017, it has been declared a 'Bien de Interés Patrimonial' (Asset of Cultural Interest). The cinema entrance is also referenced at Plaza Callao, 4.

Address: Calle Gran Vía, 46 Madrid, 28013 Community of Madrid, Spain
