Japanese Breakfast is an innovative indie pop and experimental rock project spearheaded by singer, songwriter, and author Michelle Zauner. Known for lush arrangements, dreamy soundscapes, and deeply emotive lyricism, the band gained widespread acclaim with their Grammy-nominated 2021 album *Jubilee* and Zauner's bestselling memoir *Crying in H Mart*.
