Florence Road is an Irish rock band formed in Bray, County Wicklow in 2019, consisting of lead singer and guitarist Lily Aron, guitarist Emma Brandon, bassist Ailbhe Barry, and drummer Hannah Kelly. The quartet blends indie rock, alternative, soft-rock, grunge, and alt-pop elements, creating a sound characterized by raw, emotional vocals and a lyrical depth that explores the multifaceted nature of youth, anxiety, and personal transformation. The band gained significant recognition in 2025, building a platform on TikTok through covers before releasing original music. They have since signed with Warner Records and Warner Chappell Music. Recent endeavors include the release of their debut EP, "Fall Back," in June 2025, which featured singles such as "Heavy," "Caterpillar," and "Figure It Out." Their single "Heavy" received an endorsement from Olivia Rodrigo, and "Caterpillar" was produced by Dan Nigro. Most recently, Florence Road released the single "Break The Girl" in October 2025, which has been highlighted on Radio Veronica as Rob Stenders' Ego Tip. They have also supported artists like Olivia Rodrigo at BST Hyde Park and The Academic at Dublin's Olympia Theatre, and performed at the Electric Picnic Festival.
