It features a mezzanine balcony, new bars, a glass roof, and state-of-the-art decor. During the day, it offers free Wi-Fi, natural lighting, and plug sockets in booths, serving as a space for studying or eating, with a Starbucks in the food court. By night, it transforms into a renowned entertainment venue, hosting various events including club nights (like the legendary YOLO), live music gigs, parties, society performances, awards, and festivals such as the Cardiff Fringe Festival.
