Winter Hotel - Formed in late 2017, Manchester’s Winter Hotel have created a unique, hard-hitting and emotive brand of poetic hardcore, mixing characteristics typically found in genres like Slam and Death Metal with those of Post-Hardcore, Metalcore and Midwest Emo, removing the boundaries between a vast spectrum of sub-genres. Drawing from both human nature and lived experience, all of the band’s works stem beyond music; creating a world of poetry, prose and audio that combine to tell compelling narratives that dig beneath the surface of what it means to be human.
Exchange Basement is part of Exchange, a celebrated grassroots and community-owned music venue in Bristol, United Kingdom. It features a snug basement space with a capacity of 110, alongside a 250-capacity main room, hosting a diverse program of punk, indie, metal, hip hop, electronic club nights, comedy, and drag.
