More than a record, it is a celebration of unity, a tribute to King Charles III and Queen Camilla, and to the strong friendship between Italy and the UK, brought to life by chefs, volunteers, and supporters working together.

At the heart of the event is a charitable mission: all proceeds will support the Esharelife Foundation and the Mayor of London’s Food Bank Project, helping families in need. The event will kick off on Saturday morning, featuring exhibitors and leading Italian and British brands showcasing excellence in food, culture, and craftsmanship. Saturday will continue with live music performances by The Ed Sheeran Experience, Italian Radio Society, and Chiara Nova. On Sunday, the spotlight will be on the official Guinness World Records attempt for the Longest Tiramisu.
