After connecting with underground rap fans from all over the world on Instagram and TikTok. Omind is bringing its vision to the stage for the first time with a show in Paris on Thursday, December 3rd, at La Place.
Founded in January 2024 by a French creator, Omind has made a name for itself through its distinctive editorial approach and sharp curation, covering underground rap scenes including Germany, South Africa, the US, Argentina, and, of course, France, just to name a few.
Omind intends to put in the spotlight the French scene with this show, bringing together a lineup of talented and promising artists. With La Mascotte and kawa!, as well as French-Moroccan artist PATRONAXXS, taking the stage. Content creator Bergo will also be joining forces with several artists, while French DJs trasholicsd33j and Wen will be behind the decks, ready to set the room on fire.
Of course, no Omind show would be complete without an international act. For this first edition, UK artist S5 will be joining the lineup. Known for his frenetic jerk sound, S5 has carved out his own lane and built a strong connection with the French scene through his different collaborations with artists such as 63OG and Ricky Bishop.
This first show promises to be something special, and Omind has a few more surprises to make it even more memorable!
La Place is the first cultural centre entirely dedicated to hip-hop, bringing together all the disciplines of this movement under one roof. Its unique programme is built around five pillars - dance, rap, deejaying, beatboxing and graffiti - and expresses the full artistic richness of hip-hop. It is located in the heart of Paris, under the Canopée des Halles, and features a concert hall (standing capacity ~400-500), a broadcast studio, creation/exhibition spaces and a bar. It is known for its comprehensive support for hip-hop culture and artists, amateur and professional alike.
Address: 10 passage de la Canopée Paris, 75001 Paris, France
