Actor and comedian Lesli Karavil takes the stage in London for the very first time with her third stand-up show—and her debut at Rich Mix!

WHO IS LESLİ KARAVİL?
Lesli Karavil is undoubtedly quick-witted, outspoken, and straightforward. She might catch you off guard with a bold response, leaving you no choice but to laugh. She believes these traits are essential to being a good stand-up comedian. Is it a natural-born talent? Perhaps. In her view, one needs to have a sense of humor and improvisation skills, be a good storyteller, an attentive observer, quick-thinking, curious about life, and self-confident. 

While she possesses these traits, she continually works to improve them. She studies better techniques, tries to build structure in her writing, records her performances, a n d notes what she wants to keep or c u t - b e c a u s e it's still a job, after all. After studying in San Francisco and spending 18 years abroad between New York and Barcelona, working in advertising and receiving acting training, she missed her home country and returned to  Istanbul in 2011. Since 2017, Karavil has been performing stand-up shows across Turkey.
