45 London is a modern house of hospitality located in the heart of Shoreditch. Opening in late-October/November 2025, it will unite rooftop dining, a signature Japanese-inspired chophouse restaurant (45 Curtain Road), co-working and event spaces (Studio 45), a late-night lounge and club (Parallel 45), and a serene yet high-tech wellness sanctuary under one roof. It is part of Roger Payne's Eclection Group and will sit within the newly launched Virgin Hotel London-Shoreditch, designed as a destination where work, wellness, and lifestyle meet, offering a new way to experience life in the city.
