Originally constructed in 1867 as a school, it has undergone various transformations, including periods as a nightclub, before becoming the modern live event space it is today. It's known for its intimate room, high-quality sound system, and hosts a diverse range of events including rising indie bands, stand-up comedy, club takeovers, and late-night DJ sets. The venue also features a ground-floor Hi-Fi pub. There have been concerns raised about its operational viability due to proposed residential developments nearby.
