Ziyad Al-Samman is a London-based artist of Syrian and Jordanian heritage, originally from Amman, Jordan, known for his psychedelic-disco-pop sound that blends indie, disco, and pop with a Middle Eastern flair. His music features crooning vocals, poppy synths, and swooning guitars, exploring themes of friendship, love, and identity, drawing inspiration from artists like David Bowie, Prince, and Amr Diab. His debut EP, "Pleasure Complex," was released on November 8, 2024, featuring tracks such as "Bang" and "Ya Habibi," which highlight his genre-blending style. More recently, he has released singles like "Wake Up," "Second Touch," and "The Wave" in 2026. Al-Samman is also scheduled to release an album titled "ELASTIC" on October 30, 2026. He has performed at festivals including Green Man Festival, Live At Leeds, and Deershed, and is recognized for his unique visuals and energetic live shows.
