Witch Fever is a Manchester-based punk/doom powerhouse known for their fierce sound and uncompromising message, blending snarling punk, crushing doom, and unsettling gothic textures with elements of queercore and riot grrrl. The band channels raw emotion through towering riffs, intense drums, and visceral vocals, confronting themes of power, patriarchy, liberation, and identity. Their highly anticipated second full-length album, "FEVEREATEN," is scheduled for release on October 31, 2025, via Music For Nations/Sony. They have already released several singles from the album, including "DEAD TO ME!" in March 2025, "THE GARDEN" in June 2025, the title track "FEVEREATEN" in July 2025, and "SAFE" in September 2025. In late 2025, Witch Fever supported Volbeat on their UK and European arena tour. Following the release of "FEVEREATEN," the band is set to embark on a UK tour in March 2026. Despite their growing visibility and major label backing, recent news from January 2026 highlighted the financial precarity faced by artists, with the band revealing they were "broke" after their two-month arena tour with Volbeat, primarily due to withholding taxes across Europe and other industry challenges.
