North London-born WAUVE is a rising singer, songwriter, and producer whose unique voice and creative versatility are quickly gaining attention behind the scenes of today's most exciting new music. With roots in Eritrea and a deep connection to the rich, melodic traditions of East African sound, WAUVE blends cultural depth with a modern ear for hooks, emotion, and innovation. An early track he released caught the attention of Ne-Yo and Stargate, after creatively sampling their classic hit So Sick — a moment that hinted at his natural instinct for melody and bold approach to reimagining familiar sounds. The reputation of this sound was cemented by his last single Deh Deh featuring in the hit Netflix series Supacell in 2024, Initially known for blending singing and rap, WAUVE has since evolved into a fully-rounded creative force-now building a catalogue of global records that move effortlessly between pop, R&B, Afrobeats, and everything in between, tied together by his deep understanding of emotion in music & distinctive, emotionally rich voice which shines through the music he contributes to. WAUVE has collaborated with a range of acclaimed artists including Stonebwoy, Stefflon Don, Pa Salieu, Mr Eazi, and Lewis Fitzgerald, and is currently working with Jvck James, contributing his unique sound and writing to a wide spectrum of projects across genres.
