The Rumpled is a Celtic folk-punk band from Trento, Italy, known for their energetic blend of Irish folk, rock, ska, and punk. Formed in 2011 and initially named Seven Deadly Folk, the band adopted its current name in 2014. They combine traditional instruments like accordion and violin with guitars and a driving rhythm section, creating a fresh and authentic Celtic punk sound. They have released two studio albums and four EPs, with "Gipsy Dancer" being one of their most popular songs, garnering over 3 million listens on Spotify. The Perfect Match album was released in 2021. The band is active in Europe and has performed at major festivals in Italy, France, Netherlands, Switzerland, UK, and Poland. In 2022, they opened for Italian rockstar Vasco Rossi in front of over 220,000 people. In January 2024, The Rumpled were working on a new studio album, followed by a European tour that will include the United Kingdom for the first time. They are scheduled to perform at AstiMusica 2025.
