Rich Amiri is a Boston-born American rapper and singer-songwriter known for his rage rap sound, characterized by energetic, propulsive beats and a blend of melodic vocals with hard-hitting lyrics. He emerged in the melodic underground rap scene, gaining early recognition on SoundCloud around 2020. His career saw a significant rise in late 2023 with singles like "Ain't Nothing" and particularly with "One Call" going viral on TikTok and charting on the Billboard Hot 100, earning RIAA Platinum certification. A prolific artist, Rich Amiri released his fifth studio album, "Grit & Grace," on October 10, 2025, through Internet Money / 10K Projects. This album follows previous projects such as "Evolution" and "Ghetto Fabulous" in 2023, and "WAR READY" in December 2024. "Grit & Grace" is described as a natural progression of his sound, incorporating bouncy production and pop-like sensibilities while retaining his signature "rage" style with tighter songwriting and melodic hooks. In 2024, Amiri was named part of the XXL Freshman Class. He also embarked on a 24-date national headlining tour and performed at festivals like Milwaukee's Summer Fest. Following the release of "Grit & Grace," he is slated for a three-city headlining tour in Asia, with sold-out shows in Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Seoul. Recent singles from 2025 leading up to his latest album include "Paranoid" and "In & Out".
