Michael Schenker Group (MSG) is a hard rock/heavy metal band formed in London in 1979 by former Scorpions and UFO guitarist Michael Schenker. Schenker is known for his half-black, half-white Gibson Flying V guitar and his unorthodox approach to lead guitar. MSG has had many different lineups throughout the years, with Schenker being the only constant member. In recent news, Michael Schenker Group released an official video for "Don't Sell Your Soul", the title track from their upcoming album which is set to be released on October 3rd. The album is the second part of a trilogy that began with 2024's "My Years With UFO". The band also performed at Wacken Open Air 2025, where they premiered "Don't Sell Your Soul" and were joined onstage by Slash. A limited edition "Red Vinyl" LP of the new album is available for pre-order.
