Karim Kamar is a London-based contemporary classical pianist and composer, known for his emotive neo-classical soundscapes that blend classical music with minimalism, experimental, and electronica. He is also actively involved in the spoken word scene, co-running "Out-Spoken," a monthly poetry and music residency at the Southbank Centre alongside poet Anthony Anaxagorou, which showcases poetry recitals and new music. Kamar has garnered a significant online following, with over a million followers across social media platforms, and has performed at prestigious venues including Ronnie Scott's, the Royal Albert Hall, and the Southbank Centre. His latest album, 'The Heart Is An Empty Vessel,' was released on Piano Day, March 28, 2024, and he performed pieces from it at Grand Junction on May 1, 2024. Among his other recent endeavors, he was also featured as the face of OnePlus' Christmas campaign and is a member of the PETROF Art Family.
