Holding Absence is a Welsh post-hardcore and metalcore band known for their emotionally resonant, grandiose, and atmospheric soundscapes led by vocalist Lucas Woodland. Having built a powerful reputation through emotive anthems and dynamic heaviness, the band is currently gearing up to release their fourth full-length studio album, *Modern Life Is Lonely* (their first with Sumerian Records), which has been pushed back to a September 18 release due to manufacturing delays, alongside heavy international touring plans across Australia, Japan, the US, and the UK.
