Fuse ODG is a British-Ghanaian artist and a pioneer of the Afrobeats movement, renowned for blending genres like Azonto, Afrobeats, and Hiplife. His music consistently celebrates African identity, pride, and cultural empowerment, and he is recognized for bringing African sounds to mainstream audiences worldwide with hits like "Antenna" and "Azonto." He recently unveiled his latest project, "Spirit of New Africa II," a powerful body of work that continues his mission to reshape global narratives about Africa through music and storytelling. Beyond music, Fuse ODG is a vocal advocate for a positive portrayal of Africa, having challenged the stereotypical depictions often presented by initiatives like Band Aid. He co-founded the "School of New Africa" (SONA), an innovative educational gaming platform designed to teach African history, languages, and financial literacy to young people.
