Childhood influences like Joni Mitchell, Nick Drake and Leonard Cohen blend with contemporary heroes like Adrienne Lenker, King Krule and Florist, to form Samms’ timelessly human sound. With full control over writing, production and engineering, Ewan’s timeless voice shines through all aspects of their music; one that is young, queer and hungrily ambitious.
