Alkilados is a Colombian music group formed in 2011 in Pereira, known for their blend of traditional Colombian rhythms with modern pop and reggaeton influences. The trio, consisting of Juan David Castaño, José David Castaño, and Maximiliano Pineda, gained recognition for their romantic and dreamy songs. They describe their sound as "pure beach," encompassing Latin pop, reggaeton, tropical, dancehall, and soca. Alkilados recently launched "Guayabo" with Luister La Voz and Tuny D, which merges Afro rhythms with urban sounds, and they are preparing an anticipated urban album, signaling a return to and evolution of the sound that made them popular in Latin America.
