In May 2022 The Cheese & Grain opened a second sister venue The Tree House. The venue is located half a mile from the Cheese and Grain, upstairs above the popular The Vine Tree pub. Proving to be a massive success with the majority of events selling out, with the likes of Lottery Winners, Flyte, Skinny Lister, Bug Club, Bare Jams, Glen Matlock, Buzzard Buzzard Buzzard, Melin Melyn, Ondara, Anvil, Omega Nebula, FM and many more bringing shows to the intimate space. The venue has a standing capacity of 110 including guests and production holds. The venue is located up 14 stairs with no lift access and is strictly 18+
