Hire: £4500 Inc. LED Lighting Package for £500, and a 8k Projector &12ft Screen for £750). Levy: 10% commission per ticket if using the venue’s Box Office; self-ticketing: N/A. Allocation: The Shaw Theatre requires ticket allocation. If you use their Box Office, they take a 10% commission on ticket sales, and the ticketing agent is the Shaw Theatre itself. Alternatively, you can self-ticket for a set fee per performance. The Hire Pack 2025 confirms ticket allocation is required and managed through their in-house system, but does not specify a percentage or external agent.
