About the venue

Hire: 900 Cap (Full Venue including balcony) = £1000 plus PRS and VAT 700 Cap (Downstairs Only) = £800 plus PRS and VAT PLUS a Venue Restoration Levy of £1 plus VAT per ticket to be added to settlement The venue is usually booked as 900 Cap, however if sales are low (below 600) we can close the balcony. Advance notice is required. PRS is paid to PRS unless mutually agreed in advance by all parties. These prices include: • Hall Hire with In-house racks and stack PA • Mojo barrier • 1 x House sound engineer/system tech • 1 x House lighting tech • Standard security staffing including 2 pit crew. (If more stewards are required this can be discussed and will be charged accordingly). Levy: £1 + VAT per ticket (Venue Restoration Levy) Allocation: The QMU venue does require ticket allocation for the purpose of applying the Venue Restoration Levy (£1 plus VAT per ticket), but there is no specified percentage of ticket allocation required and no mandated ticketing agent. The documents do not mention a compulsory ticket hold, allocation percentage, or a specific agent through which tickets must be sold.
