This small theatre is located in the heart of Madrid's theatre district, on the ground floor of the Teatro Gran Vía avenue. It has a seating capacity of 300 and is fully equipped to cover the staging requirements of the companies performing there. The Pequeño Teatro Gran Vía specialises in humorous plays and comedies. It belongs to the Smedia Group of theatres, along with Teatro Fígaro, Teatro Lara and Capitol Gran Vía. The theatre was inaugurated in 1925 and has since been an emblematic place for theatrical culture in the city.
