Glee Club Birmingham - Main Room

About the venue

Hire: £900 + PRS + VAT Included in this are: • Box office staff • PA & lights – as per our spec • Projector & screen – as per our spec (n.b. may reduce capacity due to sightlines) • Sound engineer (up to an 8 hour call, starting at 3pm load in) • Up to 4 members of security (if risk assessment requires more, than additional charges will be added) • Local advertising & marketing contribution • Towel hire • Merch area (please note there are no merchandise charges, but merch may need to be placed outside the auditorium) Additional charges are made as required for: • In-house rep charged at £16 per hour • Lighting engineer charged at £16.50 per hour • Monitor engineer charged at £16.50 per hour • Stage hands/crew • Additional security/stewards • Extended operational hours / early load in (standard show 3pm-11pm) at £100 an hour • Merchandise seller at £13.50 per hour • Additional equipment beyond current venue spec • Confetti clean up charge: £150 Levy: TBC Allocation: Both the Glee Club Birmingham Main Room and Studio Room require that a minimum of 50% of the saleable ticket allocation is sold via the Glee's in-house ticketing system.
