About the venue

The Corn Exchange on Newport's High Street is a 500-capacity live music and performance venue. It provides a mid-size venue for South East Wales and serves as a gathering space for the city. Originally opened in 1878, the building has also functioned as a nightclub and office space, and as of early 2024, it has become a hub for live music, comedy, and community events, attracting bands, comedians, and artists.
