About the venue

Hire: You should take in consideration the following costs : Basic rental of the hall, cleaning, electricity and insurances included at a cost of 3500 euro. Variable costs : - In house technicians are 40 euro ex VAT per hour - Doorman backstage 25 euro ex VAT - Ushers 25 euro ex VAT per hour, depending on the amount of public For ticketing we have 2 systems Either we give you a ticketlink (free of charge) with your prices and our seating plan or we do the total handling ourselves : advertisement on our website, presale, phone, live, email & box office on the evening itself, for 2 euros per sold ticket. If you choose only the ticketlink, we can provide 2 2-hour box office on the day/evening of you event (25 euro ex VAT/ 1 hour) Lunch and dinner in our canteen can be offered for your cast & crew at very democratic prices ; 12 euro for lunch and 20 euro for dinner.
