About the venue

Hire: More costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis and your production needs. And they want us to make sure that it's artists who can sell over 700 tickets. But here is an overview of what the base costs would be: Venue rental incl. venue spec and cleaning: DKK 17,000 Venue representative/manager (mandatory): DKK 5,000 PR basic package (mandatory for all public events)*: DKK 2,400 Sound technician: DKK 3,600 (after 11 hours and for all hours after 02:00 AM: +DKK 600/hour) Monitor technician: DKK 3,600 (after 11 hours and for all hours after 02:00 AM: +DKK 600/hour) Lighting technician: DKK 3,600 (after 11 hours and for all hours after 02:00 AM: +DKK 600/hour) Safety for up to 1,000 guests: DKK 15,750 Stagehand – minimum 4 hours: DKK 1,080 (then DKK 270/hour) Barrier rental (mandatory for more than 700 guests): DKK 3,500 Stage size adjustment or barrier setup: DKK 4,320 Projector + screen: DKK 1,000 Towel rental – per item: DKK 30 Levy: TBC Allocation: TBC
