Book tickets for their upcoming events
Hire: Hire £1495 + PRS Seated shows are charged at the reduced rate of £1150 + PRS + VAT. Chairs are provided free of charge. Please note – we do not take bookings of seated shows on Friday and Saturdays during Oct, Nov, Dec, Feb, March and April. The above cost is based on a minimum bar spend of £3500. Events with less than £3500 bar income will be subject to increased venue hire of £1995. Charges also made for additional staff, additional security etc Levy: - Hire: £1,495 + PRS - Seated shows: £1,150 + PRS + VAT; chairs provided free; no seated bookings on Fri/Sat during Oct, Nov, Dec, Feb, March, April - Minimum bar spend: £3,500; if under, hire is £1,995 - Additional charges: additional staff, additional security, etc. - Extra per-ticket fees (restoration/facility/venue levy): N/A Allocation: Manchester Academy 2 requires a minimum of a 50% allocation of the saleable capacity for ticketing. Venue requires us to use Dice for our allocation Timings: - Live curfew: 11:00 pm (Sundays 10:30 pm). - Venue licence for late finishes: Licensed until 3:00 am Sun–Thu and 4:00 am Fri–Sat; later finishes can be arranged. - Load-in: Not before 2:00 pm unless agreed. Early production load-in before 2:00 pm charged £75/hour. Access to Production Office/Dressing Rooms before 2:00 pm by arrangement. - Soundcheck/sound curfew: No noise before 5:00 pm.
