The Deadnotes are a rock, indie rock, and pop-punk band from Freiburg, Germany, formed in 2011 and currently operating as a duo with Darius Lohmüller (vocals, guitar) and Jakob Walheim (bass, backing vocals). Known for their energetic performances and heartfelt lyrics, their music blends elements of punk, indie rock, and alternative sounds, characterized by crisp, melodic guitar work and driving bass lines. They also run their own independent record label, 22Lives Records. Their latest endeavor is the release of their new album, "Rock 'n' Roll Saviour," which came out on February 21, 2025, via Grand Hotel van Cleef. To celebrate the album, they also unveiled a new single and video for "American Sightseer." The band has announced an album tour across Europe, with the German leg commencing in March 2025, performing as a four-piece. Additionally, they released the single "Reservoir" in September 2024.
Boxing Club is a five-piece post-punk band forged in Glasgow and fully realised in London. Blending raw intensity with sharp political lyricism, their sound is both confrontational and cathartic—music built for the disillusioned. After honing their craft through relentless rehearsals and studio sessions with producer Michael Smith (RYP Recordings), Boxing Club are preparing to unleash their debut single 'Barbra' alongside a series of live performances. The band channels a furious energy that reflects the times—urgent, aggressive and unflinchingly direct.
3 Piece New Wave, Post Punk outfit based in London. Not My City members met through the session writing circuit at the end of 2021. Cutting their teeth collaborating with the likes of Dan Rothman (London Grammar), Jonathan Quarmby (Lewis Capaldi) & Electric (Hailee Steinfield), they came together to form the band in November 2023 out of a mutual love of heavier music and a desire to build a project that focussed on high energy, raw and gritty live shows.
Going against the mould of the contemporary blueprint for breaking an act, their ethos and mission statement is “shows are where music lives, it’s where the magic happens, so that’s where you’ll find us”.
