Nik Sheva is an internationally recognized neo-classical pianist, composer, and drummer, with roots in Ukraine and a creative presence in London. Born in 1994, his musical education began at 14 when he was accepted into the Conservatory of Vicenza in Italy. Nik's music is where tradition meets modernity, blending the two into something both timeless and fresh. His most recent album, Calm in a Storm, is his most significant milestone to date. Released in February 2024, this album comprises seven original tracks and delves into themes of identity, the overwhelming flood of information in modern times, and the longing for home in a world rife with conflict.
Kalteita
Kaleita (pronounced kuh-LEE-tuh) is the instrumental project of Filippo Faustini, a London-based, Italian-born guitarist and composer. Known for his work as a rock guitarist with Dead Writers—headlining his first festival in 2024—Filippo has also gained recognition as a composer, reaching the finals of the 2025 Sync Awards with Digitale Purpurea, his second release as Kaleita. Born from a desire to redefine the electric guitar’s role in instrumental music, Kaleita explores the instrument through moveable capos, open tunings, and layered textures, blending classical, post-rock, ambient, film, and electronic influences. His debut single Through The Noise was praised by A&R Factory as “a controlled implosion of texture, timbre, and tonal grief.” In this solo performance, Kaleita presents pieces from his upcoming debut EP “Songs to a world on edge” (2026) — unfolding like a kaleidoscope of sound, where composed works and live ambient loops merge into immersive, evolving soundscapes that blur the line between structure and atmosphere.
Piano Smithfield is an intimate, atmospheric live music venue in the heart of Smithfield, London EC1, built around a centrepiece Yamaha C1X grand piano. With a full PA, backline, in-house engineer, flexible layout and a fully stocked bar, it offers artists and promoters a distinctive home for jazz, classical, singer-songwriter and beyond. Capacity 75 seated + 25 standing.
