Hot Jaw is a rock band founded by best friends Esme Hart (lead vocals) and Parisa Boroujeni (lead guitar), with Theo Caplan (bass) and John Deeney (drums). Nostalgic, flamboyant, introspective, their music draws upon seventies rock and funk. Hot Jaw’s music is glued together by assertive melodies, lyrical warmth and the occasional harmonic gear shift.
jeanine - jeanine is a North East London-based indie folk-rock trio whose music pairs modernist storytelling with a distinctive blend of folk, rock and subtle jazz-blues influences. Drawing inspiration from James Taylor, Carole King, Bob Dylan, and Elliott Smith, jeanine brings a timeless quality to their songwriting; combining sensibilities from indie subgenres with slick musicianship and introspective, tongue-in-cheek lyricism.
Transient Spirits - Transient Spirits is a three-piece Alternative Rock band from London who formed in 2024. The band combines genres from metal, glam, post-punk, grunge, goth, pop, and indie with the occasional tribal-influence-induced trance. This mixture creates a sound replenished with infectious melodies and hypnotic grooves which gives music to lyrics about our universal human condition and the ethereal.
Strongroom Bar is an eclectic and colourful, independently-owned late-night bar and live music venue in Shoreditch, East London. It's known for being part of the legendary Strongroom recording studios and features a huge ivy-covered outdoor courtyard, often cited as Shoreditch's biggest beer garden. The venue, with a maximum capacity of 300 people, is a cultural hub that hosts a steady stream of local and emerging artists.
