On the 2nd & 3rd of October, ESN Lisboa is taking over Arroz Estúdios for the very first edition of Erasmus Festival: a weekend of music, culture and an international crowd coming together in Lisbon!

The festival is all about meeting new people, discovering new artists and experiencing what makes this city such a unique place to call home.

We’re bringing together different sounds and styles with live bands, DJ sets, cultural acts, workshops, and plenty of surprises along the way. With something for every taste, there’s no wrong way to do the festival. Make it yours.

FAQs

Why isn’t my ESNcard being accepted?

• - We kindly ask you to try again within the next 24 hours. If the issue persists, contact us on tickets.festival@esnlisboa.org

How many tickets can I buy with one ESNcard?

• - You can only buy one ticket per ESNcard.

I have a valid ESNcard from other city and I’m not able to apply the discount. What should I do?

• - Please contact us on ticket.festival@esnlisboa.org so we can add you to ESN Lisboa’s database.

What is your refund policy?

• - After you purchase the ticket, no refund is possible if for personal reasons you cannot make it.

If the event cannot take place due to circumstances beyond our control, you'll not receive a refund.

If the event is postponed – Once the new date is announced, a refund window will open. You'll be entitled to a full refund, minus ticketing fees.

Processing time: Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days after approval. In some cases, it may take up to 28 days to appear in your account.

Membership of Arroz Estúdios

• - Arroz Estúdios is a cultural association and, by law, it requires a membership from everyone entering the space. They’re collecting your name and email.
