DINO D'SANTIAGO - Dino D’Santiago starts 2020 debuting “Kriola” (Sony). This new album was considered one of the best albums of 2020 by media such as Público, Time Out or Blitz and is also beyond the national scene, receiving the most praised reviews from American and Brazilian media, such as Rolling Stone, Complex and Folha de S. Paulo. He has also received the Awards for Best Album, Best Male Artist and Critics Award. Dino D’Santiago, born in Quarteira, is today a voice of the world and of the mix. He works the Cape Verdean tradition with the contemporary weight of global electronics, as evidenced by the anthem “Kriolu”, with the collaboration of Julinho KSD and production by Branko and PEDRO. He has already stepped on stages such as Jazz Café (London), Super Bock Super Rock (Lisbon), NOS Primavera Sound (Porto), MED (Loulé), FMM (Sines), among many others. In late 2021 he released his latest album, “Badiu”, with guest appearances by artists such as Branko and Slow J, among others. The new album, which includes “Lokura” and “Esquinas”, was already considered one of the best records of 2021 by various media.For 2022 is already announced the presence at NOS ALIVE as well as the debut at Coliseu dos Recreios(Lisbon) on April 2nd. Dino D’Santiago is undoubtedly an inescapable name in current Portuguese music. After a solo stage tour, he toured the country in 2024 accompanied by band. It is nominated for a Latin Grammy in the “Melhor canção em Língua Portuguesa” category with the theme “Esperança” feat Criolo, Nave and Amaro Freitas. RAQUEL MARTINS - Raquel Martins is a London-based singer-songwriter and producer, blending alternative soul, Brazilian rhythms, and experimental electronic textures.
Originally from Portugal, she moved to the UK at 17, and her music explores the balance between roots and reinvention. Praised by Gilles Peterson, BBC Introducing, and KCRW, Raquel’s raspy, evocative voice and genre-defying sound resonate deeply.
2025 is set to be an exciting year for Raquel as she releases her debut album, supported by PRS Foundation’s Women Make Music. A profound exploration of "home," the album blends raw emotion with experimental bold sounds, creating a soundtrack for anyone seeking belonging in the in-between.

The Garage

The Garage is an iconic live music and club venue located in Highbury, North London. It opened in 1993 and has a capacity of 600 in its main room, with an additional upstairs room, known as The Grace, holding 150. The venue quickly established itself as a premier destination for indie and rock music, hosting a wide array of renowned artists early in their careers, including Green Day, Muse, Arctic Monkeys, Franz Ferdinand, Oasis, The Killers, and Jack White. Originally a Temperance Billiard Hall, it underwent a significant revamp in March 2017 after being taken over by DHP Family in 2016, which included a new layout, bar, and sound and lighting system. Beyond indie and rock, The Garage also hosts diverse genres such as hip hop, folk, EDM, and electronic acts. It is a staple of North London's nightlife scene and continues to bring music and cultural events to the community.
