My Best Unbeaten Brother is a South London-based trio comprising brothers Ben and Adam Parker (formerly of Nosferatu D2, Tempertwig, and Superman Revenge Squad Band) and bassist Ben Fry. Their sound is a blend of indie rock, emo, and post-punk influences, with elements of folk punk, grunge, and raw garage rock. Often described as "the lost pioneers of the indie-emo scene," the band released their debut mini-album, "Pessimistic Pizza," on June 28, 2024, via Audio Antihero, following singles like "Time On Our Hands, Spider-Man," "Extraordinary Times," and "Blues Fatigue". The album, which marks the Parker brothers' first new material since 2013, explores themes of personal growth, hope, anger with a post-Brexit world, and the journey of getting older.
