We are a London-based live music start-up, founded to help artists take ownership and control of their live music career and make more money for their craft. Gotobeat works with artists from all around the world, putting on 50+ shows a month in the UK and Europe (for now), ranging anywhere from 80 to 3,000 capacity venues.

Gotobeat is developing a platform that utilises AI to change the way the grassroots live music industry works. We aim to provide even more opportunity to more artists and deliver consistent high-quality shows.

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist with proven experience in managing and optimising paid campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok Ads. This role is key to driving growth through highly targeted, data-driven marketing initiatives.
