They gained critical acclaim with their debut album, *Apologies to the Queen Mary*, released in 2005 on Sub Pop Records. In recent news, Wolf Parade's 2005 song "I'll Believe in Anything" experienced a significant viral resurgence in December 2025 due to its prominent feature in the Crave/HBO sports romance series *Heated Rivalry*. The song's use in a pivotal scene led to a reported 2658% increase in Spotify streams by December 27, 2025. Capitalizing on this renewed interest, Sub Pop and Wolf Parade are reissuing *Apologies to the Queen Mary* on pink vinyl in 2026.
