Two Headed Horse are a five-piece indie-folk band from London, crafting a sound that leans into modern melodicism while staying grounded in folk roots. Their music is a balancing act—melding introspective lyricism and rich vocal harmonies with unexpected synth hooks and bouzouki riffs. It's folk, but with a wink; intimate yet infectious. For fans of Alvvays and Belle and Sebastian, Two Headed Horse offer something both familiar and fresh—melancholy wrapped in melody, storytelling driven by groove. Born out of a post-COVID desire to, quite literally, get "back on the horse," the band emerged with a string of singles that caught the attention of BBC Radio 6 DJ Chris Hawkins, who called their music “really something special.” Their sound has also found a home on screen, with not one but three tracks featured in Apple TV’s acclaimed series Long Way Home.
