About Törzs

Törzs is an instrumental post-rock and space rock band from Budapest, Hungary, celebrated for their organic, deeply emotional soundscapes and transcendental compositions. Gaining international attention with their unique concept albums—including their critically acclaimed 2019 record *Tükor*, which was recorded live 500 meters underground in a UNESCO World Heritage cave system—the group has become a prominent fixture in the European ambient and post-rock movements. Continuing to evolve their sound, they released their introspective full-length album *Menedék* via Pelagic Records, further refining their signature blend of hypnotic melodies, heavy crescendos, and wide-open spatial atmospheres.
