Tiësto, born Tijs Michiel Verwest, is a Dutch DJ and record producer recognized as one of the most iconic figures in electronic dance music. Often called the "Godfather of EDM," he's won a Grammy Award and held titles such as "The Greatest DJ of All Time" and "#1 DJ." He is known for playing genres like EDM, trance, big room, house, and dance. In recent news, Tiësto had to cancel a Super Bowl DJ performance due to a family emergency. However, he has announced an "In Search of Sunrise" set at EDC Las Vegas, taking fans back to his trance roots. He also teamed up with PROPHECY for the 2024 EDC Las Vegas anthem, "My City," and released a track with Soaky Siren called "Tantalizing".
