The Strike is an Los Angeles-based trio that crafts vibrant synthwave and alt-pop music, characterized by soaring vocal melodies, anthemic choruses, and pulsing 80s-influenced synthesizers, blending a modern edge with nostalgic sounds. Composed of frontman Chris Crabb, drummer Jay Tibbitts, and keyboardist/guitarist David Maemone, the band is celebrated for their captivating live performances. Their recent endeavors include the release of their single "No Time To Waste" on May 1, 2026, which offers a preview of their upcoming fourth studio album. The band is also embarking on their "No Time To Waste Tour" across the US, starting June 30, 2026. They previously released their third album, "A Dream Through Open Eyes," in 2024, produced by John Fields.
